Chia Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed (optional)

  • 150ml milk (I use soy or almond unsweetened)

  • 100g yogurt (live unsweetened like Fage)

  • (Optional) 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, frozen berries

Mix all ingredients together, cover and leave to set in the fridge overnight.

Serve with more yogurt and berries for breakfast. Great with the nut granola.
