Ginger & Apple Cider Spritz
A great alcohol alternative, that also helps support digestion and blood sugar regulation after a meal.
Apple cider vinegar has been shown to improve insulin function and lower blood sugar levels after meals & ginger is a powerful digestive aid & contains antioxidants to reduce inflammation & support your immune system.
Below is how I’ve made it but feel free to make it your own!
For 2:
2 inch piece of ginger (skin on)
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar (live with mother)
4 tbsp sweetener (I used 2 tsp erythritol, but honey, molasses, maple, coconut sugar etc to taste)
Sparkling water/soda water to taste
(2 dashes of bitters - optional - contains alcohol)
Ice
Method:
Blend the apple cider vinegar, water, sweetener & ginger Strain Pour between 2 glasses filled with iceTop with soda and bitters if using
Garnish with a slice of ginger or apple
